30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition
- Be returned in original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase
Items that show signs of use, installation, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged in transit, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us as soon as possible at info@planetbluewater.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or special-order products
- Personalized items
- Perishable goods
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Clearance or final-sale items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact info@planetbluewater.com.
Shipping Origin & Policy Scope
All products sold on Planet Blue Water are shipped from North America. This return policy applies to customers in Canada and the United States and replaces any international or EU-specific return provisions.
